Returns: Due to the size and custom nature of our flooring, returns can only be accepted for damaged or incorrect orders on our part. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the carpet/vinyl before accepting. Returns cannot be accept due to buyers remorse or purchase mistakes. If you are unsure about a product, we offer free samples that can be requested before purchase. We highly recommend requesting samples prior to purchase.
